What the intelligence actually does
"AI agent" has been used to mean almost anything. Here is the concrete version. Every one we ship runs the same four-part loop against your real systems, and writes down what it did.
Trigger
Something happens in a system you already use: an email lands, a form is filled, a row changes, a clock hits 6am.
Reason
The agent reads the input, works out what kind of thing it is, and decides which steps to run. Edge cases route to a human instead of guessing.
Act
It calls the tools it's been given (your CRM, database, accounting, messaging) with scoped permissions and no access to anything else.
Report
Every run writes a trace: what came in, what it decided, what it changed. When something looks wrong you can see exactly where.

The things people ask first
Is 48 hours realistic, or marketing?
It's the average for a first, single-workflow build once we have access to the systems involved, not for a full multi-agent rollout. The audit call is where we tell you which one yours is. If a build genuinely needs three weeks, we say three weeks.
What happens to our data?
Agents run against your accounts and your database. We don't copy your data into a product of ours, and we don't train anything on it. Each agent gets scoped credentials limited to the systems its job requires.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
No, and we'd push back if you suggested it. The value is in connecting what you already pay for. Rip-and-replace projects are where automation budgets go to die.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Every run is logged with its inputs, decisions and writes. Agents are built to escalate uncertain cases to a person rather than guess, and anything that writes to a live system can be put behind an approval step.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. The workflows, code and configuration are yours, running in your accounts. There's no seat licence on your own automation, and no hostage situation if you stop working with us.
