What we will not charge you for
Some things should not be line items, so they are not.

- Per-seat fees on anything we built for your business
- Access to your own code, configuration and run history
- Being told when the honest answer is to do nothing
- Being told when a cheaper off-the-shelf tool would do the job
Blunt about this rather than surprising you later. Beyond our fee, most builds carry small running costs billed to your own accounts and never marked up through us.
For a small first build these usually come to a few dollars a month. We estimate them during the audit so nothing arrives unannounced.
About pricing specifically
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the honest number depends on how many systems the work touches and how messy those systems are. A published price would either be padded to cover the worst case or wrong for most people. After the audit you get a fixed quote, and we stand by it.
Can we start small and move up?
That is the intended path. Most clients start with a single Project on whichever piece hurts most, and only move to Operator once that build is measurably paying for itself. There is no penalty for staying on Project.
Can we mix service lines in one engagement?
On Operator and Embedded, yes, and that is usually where the value is. A website feeding a CRM feeding a dashboard is worth more than any of the three alone. Project is deliberately one thing, so the scope stays fixed and the quote stays honest.
What if the build does not deliver?
Project includes 30 days of fixes, and we run anything new alongside your existing process until it is clearly trustworthy. If something cannot be made to work, we say so rather than billing you to keep trying.
Are we locked in?
No. Retainers run month to month with no minimum term. Because you own the code, configuration and accounts, leaving means the work keeps running without us rather than switching off.
Do you work with businesses outside New Zealand?
Yes. We are based in New Zealand and work wherever your systems are, since the work happens against cloud tools rather than on site.
