Book a free audit.
45 minutes on your actual workflow. You leave with a map of where the hours go and a straight answer on what is worth automating first, whether or not you decide to work with us.

The more specific you are about the process, the more useful the audit call will be.
Three steps, no sales theatre

You send the message
Tell us the process that is eating the most time. If you are not sure which one, say that instead. Working it out is part of the audit.
-
We book 45 minutes
A call where we map the workflow as it actually runs, including the steps someone does from memory. You keep the map either way.
-
You get a straight answer
What is worth automating first, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes. If nothing is worth automating yet, we will tell you that too.

Things worth knowing
Is the audit really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached. We do it because it is the only honest way to quote a build, and because it filters out the projects that should not happen. You keep the process map regardless of what you decide.
How small is too small?
If one person is spending a few hours a week on something repetitive, that is usually already worth a look. If the whole thing takes ten minutes a month, we will tell you to leave it alone.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. It helps if someone who actually does the work is on the call, because they know the undocumented steps. Nothing needs writing up beforehand.
Will you need access to our systems on the call?
Not for the audit. We only ask for access once a build is agreed, and then only scoped to the systems that specific agent needs.
